The Lane Construction Corporation in Manassas, VA is seeking an experienced construction professional to lead on-site engineering activities for major civil projects. You will coordinate schedules, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Responsibilities include preparing monthly owner pay estimates, updating budgets and change orders, leading weekly progress meetings, and maintaining strong document control.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering.
• 5 years of engineering experience in heavy civil construction.
• On-site project management experience.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage on-site construction engineering daily activities and schedules and communicates with subcontractors.
• Prepare monthly Owner pay estimates, reviews subcontractor pay requests after updating the Project CPM schedule.
• Prepare and updates job budgets, change orders and cost reports for Project Director's/Manager's review and approval.
• Prepare and leads weekly staff and regular review meetings.
• Manages project document control procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
