Job summary

Lane Construction seeks a seasoned civil engineering professional to coordinate design activities, mentor engineers, and manage project resources in large-scale infrastructure projects. • Mentors, coaches, provides feedback and evaluates the performance of engineers.
• Assists with management of project resource availability/efficiency.
• Provides project decision making/leadership in the absence of a Project Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
