Job summary

Lane Construction is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer who coordinates and manages design firms for design-build and bid-build projects, analyzes design changes, and identifies value engineering opportunities. You will mentor engineers, coach staff, provide feedback, and evaluate performance while maintaining project momentum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 8 years of engineering experience in heavy civil construction.
