Job summary

ALPLA Inc. in McDonough, GA seeks a Jr. Project Engineering Manager to design, plan, execute and close projects per ALPLA processes. The PEM ensures safety, timely delivery and budget adherence while delivering high-quality products to internal and external customers.

You will lead cross-functional teams, help prepare quotations, schedule milestones, manage scope changes and provide progress reports; travel up to 70% may be required.

Qualifications

• Four year degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Good understanding of technical and financial aspects of ALPLA’s processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, AUTOCAD.

Responsibilities

• Assist with directing and managing project development from beginning to end, including scope, goals, plans and deliverables.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders; delegate tasks.
• Assist with quotations data (cost, feasibility, cycle time, efficiencies, machine/mold configuration) and draft budgets.
