Job summary

ProMach Integrated Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams in delivering integrated production systems for packaging clients. You will own project performance from inception to final acceptance, driving on-time delivery, contract compliance, and targeted profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, 5+ years in engineering or project management, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Engineering, Integration, or Project Management, preferably in packaging or automation industries.
• Experience participating in multi-disciplined project teams: engineering, quality control, procurement, manufacturing, cost estimating, delivery/billing, and configuration management.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
• Able to define a problem, gather data to draw conclusions, and develop appropriate plans to address.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to multi-disciplined teams in collaboration with ProMach clients on the execution of integrated production systems.
• Own overall project performance from inception through final acceptance and drive project execution toward on-time delivery and profitability.
• Coordinate project team involvement and participation at customer meetings, kick-offs, and progress reviews.
• Review vendor/inter-company bids for engineered products against scope, quality, performance, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Develop and maintain master project schedules and oversee risk analysis with mitigation plans.
• Ensure timely invoicing at milestones and assist in resolving payment delays.
