Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Titusville, FL, is seeking an engineer to coordinate planning, organization, and completion of engineering projects within a dynamic program. You will review designs, approve changes, and coordinate with teams on technical developments and scheduling to resolve design and test issues.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong risk management, data visualization, and multi-tasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Demonstrated experience with risk management.
• Demonstrated experience identifying and resolving issues.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and tackle numerous roles as part of the daily program operations.
• General understanding and application of data visualization.
• Organization and prioritization skills proven to integrate and coordinate a multitude of tasks.
• Ability to track metrics month over month and assess trends.

• Knowledge of program lifecycle execution from concept phase through end-of-life phase


• Experience with Collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint and knowledge of agile methodologies


• Active TOP SECRET security clearance

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

• Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.


• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
