Job summary

You will collaborate with project managers, architects, suppliers and customers to ensure compliance, accuracy, and on-time delivery; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience preparing submittals and coordinating project documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and able to communicate effectively in writing and speech.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate project submittals and approval packages.
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Create and manage RFIs to clarify project requirements.
• Develop and maintain hardware, furniture, accessory, and glass schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers.
• Review supplier drawings and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Generate bills of materials and assist with procurement activities.
• Support change order documentation and project reporting.
• Maintain project records, closeout documentation, warranties, and O&M manuals.
• Ensure timely communication of project issues, risks, and status updates.
• Assist with engineering drawings and special project requirements.
