Job summary

Pmaconsultants is seeking a proactive Project Field Engineer to support the Resident Engineer with field and office activities across the construction lifecycle.

You will review CWPs, monitor construction, document progress, attend meetings, and assist with project coordination and QA. This role offers hands-on exposure to field engineering and construction oversight on large infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil, or related field.
• Basic understanding of field engineering principles and safety requirements.
• Familiarity with reading construction drawings, CWPs, and technical docs.
• Experience with daily reports, meeting minutes, progress tracking, and project records.

Responsibilities

• Support Resident Engineer with field and office activities across the construction lifecycle.
• Review CWPs and assist with tracking approvals, revisions and implementation.
• Monitor daily construction activities and document field observations and progress.
• Capture progress photos and maintain project documentation.
• Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and distribute documentation to the team.
• Coordinate with contractors and project stakeholders for scheduling and delivery.
• Assist with QA, testing agencies, and subconsultants as needed.
• Support contract administration by maintaining communication logs and records.
