The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering (or progress toward one) and at least 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a pre-construction quality control plan.
• Assist in obtaining and maintaining construction permits.
• Administer daily project tracking and reporting.
• Manage and distribute project information and contract documents.
• Support project close-out processes.
• Participate in RFI, submittals, as-builts, schedules.
• Communicate effectively with team and stakeholders.
