You will collaborate with PMs, architects, and engineers to drive civil sitework, scheduling, budgeting, and safety compliance on two podium-style projects. The role requires 3+ years in construction and a BS in engineering or CM, with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in construction project roles.
• Experience with RFI's, scheduling, budgeting, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Civil Sitework construction projects.
• Review blueprints and drawings to identify issues and solutions.
• Prepare RFIs and track responses.
• Manage project scheduling and milestones.
• Develop and manage project budgets.
• Procure materials and control procurement.
• Oversee safety management and compliance.
• Handle change orders and communications.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct site inspections and audits.
