Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of two years of experience in capital projects, preferably including design management or field construction.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Program Manager in the Midtown Bus Terminal Replacement (MBTR) and MCP projects.
• Assist in managing design contracts to ensure work is delivered within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor and coordinate the work of design consultants, particularly mechanical and electrical systems supporting MBTR.
• Administer contracts, including review of invoices, tracking progress, and supporting change order processing.
• Coordinate with facility operations and stakeholders to support MBTR design development.
• Facilitate coordination between design team and construction management regarding M/E system submission and commissioning.
• Review and track consultant and contractor submittals, ensuring alignment with requirements.
• Support field oversight by monitoring construction activities and escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain project documentation, including technical records, reports, and QA/acceptance materials.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to project leadership and support coordination across teams.
