Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering/management.
• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Hands-on knowledge in preventive maintenance and facility operations.
• Experience in plant expansions, equipment relocations, and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-department collaboration and oversee maintenance activities.
• Manage renovations, expansions, and relocations of equipment.
• Identify opportunities to improve methods, automate processes, and implement new procedures.
• Evaluate and recommend new equipment purchases.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term projects with senior management approval.
• Monitor projects to ensure timely completion and compliance with specs.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental requirements compliance.
• Lead process development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide engineering support to maintenance and coordinate contracted work.
