Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in a maintenance role.
• Electrical and mechanical certification or equivalent training.
• Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read complex equipment manuals, blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Experience with PLCs and computerized maintenance systems.
• Ability to train and develop maintenance personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and participate in the maintenance and repair of production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Assist with installation, modification, and improvement of production equipment.
• Plan and oversee preventive maintenance activities and programs.
• Direct, prioritize, and coordinate daily work of Maintenance Technicians.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure critical parts are available.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and manuals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability.
• Train employees on safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and other departments as needed.
• Maintain a professional and safety-focused work environment.
• Perform maintenance outside regular hours for emergencies.
