The role requires a BS in Engineering, at least 3 years of project engineering experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field required.
• 3+ years of project engineering in manufacturing.
• Experience leading multiple projects from evaluation to implementation.
• Experience with capital projects budgeting and scheduling.
• Contractor management, bidding, field installation supervision, change orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership to cross-functional project teams.
• Develop project charters, objectives, and scope.
• Create cost justifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Develop and present capital request documentation.
• Manage scope, cost, and schedule during execution.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and field commissioning.
• Ensure technical deliverables meet standards and are documented.
