You will work with Production and Manufacturing leaders daily, helping drive quality, profitability, and a pipeline to engineering leadership roles.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, 0–5 years experience, and the ability to lead future leaders. A strong data-driven and collaborative mindset is essential to succeed in this manufacturing
