Job summary

Batesville is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-site initiatives that cut costs and improve processes. You will support the entire Supply Chain from engineering to operations, driving safety, quality, and delivery improvements while leading NPD projects for strategic growth.

The role emphasizes project leadership, cross-functional teamwork and a hands-on, data-driven approach to process and product optimization within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Three to five years of related engineering experience and/or training with emphasis on project management.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Project management for strategic sourcing, product redesign and process improvement.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement New Product Development projects.
• Organize, develop and execute project timelines and deliverables.
• Lead change management and evaluate product/process changes.
• Conduct trials and tests to support approvals and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Manage capital projects and budgets and track ROI.
