Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in any field.
• At least 2 years related manufacturing supervisory experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Clearly and regularly communicates pertinent performance, work schedule, and activities to the work teams.
• Facilitates 5S by ensuring 5S maps and assignment sheets are current and compliant.
• Reports all accidents and near misses to the production manager and tracks countermeasures.
• Analyzes work orders to estimate worker hours and create machining schedules.
• Directly supervises 20-25 hourly employees and adheres to company policies.
• Interviews, hires, and trains employees; plans, assigns, and directs work.
• Other duties as assigned.
