Responsibilities

• Act as project manager for strategic sourcing, product redesign and process improvement.
• Organize, develop, and execute project timelines and deliverables.
• Present and manage product and process change proposals.
• Make recommendations regarding specifications for parts/products.
• Conduct trials and tests to support approval of products and processes.
• Identify opportunities for improvements in products and/or processes.
• Assist with financial analysis and feasibility studies of proposed changes.
• Understand and apply design and engineering principles.
• Read, analyze, and develop part prints.
• Assure system and product quality by executing testing methods.
• Collect and interpret data through research and measurement.
• Other duties as required.
