Job summary

Addison Group in Oklahoma City is seeking a Project Engineer to support infrastructure, cloud, networking, and systems implementation projects for business clients in the metro area. This hands-on role combines technical execution with customer-facing responsibilities and requires a well-rounded IT background.

You will implement servers, networks, cloud solutions, workstation deployments, and onboarding projects, while maintaining professionalism and strong communication with clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT infrastructure, systems administration, engineering, or advanced support experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Azure, and Intune.
• Experience with Hyper-V and VMware virtualization platforms.
• A+ Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support servers, cloud technologies, networks, workstations, and related infrastructure solutions.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune technologies.
• Deploy and support network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and related equipment.
• Perform customer onboarding activities, cloud migrations, email migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Install and manage Hyper-V and VMware virtualization environments.
• Travel to customer sites throughout the Oklahoma City metro area to perform project implementations and support activities.
• Maintain project documentation, time entries, and customer communications throughout project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Assist service desk teams with escalations and complex technical issues when needed.
• Participate in occasional after-hours support for critical customer issues as part of a shared team responsibility.
