Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with job office setup and project team onboarding.
• Set up CMiC and Submittal Log Registry; maintain logs.
• Prepare and maintain Submittal Logs and RFI Logs in CMiC.
• Assist with PlanGrid for organizing contract documents.
• Help post RFIs to documents and maintain as-built updates.
• Support procurement log updates and material expediting.
• Attend meetings and help distribute minutes; assist closeout binders.
