Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar engineering role.
• Experience reading mechanical and plumbing plans.
• Ability to manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Experience coordinating and ordering project materials.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with relevant software applications.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and apply mechanical and plumbing plans to ongoing projects.
• Manage and execute change orders, RFIs, and submittals in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate and order materials required for projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues and challenges.
• Maintain and update project documentation per standards and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery and team efficiency.
