Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Engineer for our Wisconsin offices (Janesville, Madison, or Milwaukee). You will work with Project Managers and Superintendents to deliver construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating planning, scheduling, and procurement with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–4 years of construction experience; Procore/Bluebeam familiarity is a plus, along with a collaborative, team-first

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in a project engineer or similar construction role.
• Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; collaborative, team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination across all construction phases.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation to keep projects moving.
• Support procurement of materials, subcontracts, and equipment.
• Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, owners, and design teams daily.
• Conduct site visits and field observations to monitor progress and quality.
• Contribute to project closeout, punch lists, and owner turnover.
