Job summary

RTX in Aguadilla, PR is seeking a Project Engineering professional to independently develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for hardware projects. You will track progress, resolve issues, and coordinate with IPT members and management to optimize performance and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include data analysis, engineering change support, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering is required.
• 2 years of engineering experience or an advanced degree with GPA 3.0+.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Track progress and resolve obstacles to minimize disruption to schedules.
• Prepare status and technical content for CIPT and management.
• Analyze data to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with IPT and authorities on hardware investigations for root cause analysis.
• Support engineering change execution.
• Maintain and present progress reports on project business aspects.
• Assist in risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with functional groups to align project objectives.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Communicate in English with stakeholders.
