Job summary

RTX is seeking a Project Engineering professional for the Compression Systems Engineering team in Aguadilla, PR. You will develop project plans, schedules and budgets, track progress, and coordinate with IPTs and management to keep projects on track.

The role combines office work with on-site collaboration to optimize performance. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and 2 years of engineering experience (or an advanced degree with GPA 3.0+).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 2 years of engineering experience or an Advanced degree with GPA 3.0+.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Track progress and resolve obstacles to keep project on schedule.
• Coordinate with IPT members and management on project execution.
• Support in risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Prepare status and technical content for CIPT and management.
