Job summary

RTX (Raytheon) is seeking a Project Engineering professional in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The role supports development of project plans, schedules and budgets, tracks progress, resolves problems, and coordinates with IPT members to drive root cause analysis and product improvements.

The candidate will lead engineering change execution, manage risks, and present status to management, with travel up to 10%. English communication with customers and teams is required in this hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience or an Advanced degree with 3 years of engineering experience.
• 3 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops project plans, schedules and budgets; tracks progress.
• Coordinates with functional organizations and drives issue resolution.
• Leads Class 1 and Class 2 engineering change execution; manages risk and mitigation.
• Presents status and technical content to CIPT and management; represents project to stakeholders.
