Qualifications

• Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent technical training with related experience.
• Minimum three to four years of construction engineering experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to supervise Field Engineer positions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to questions about drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and change orders.
• Maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop procurement schedules and integrate with project CPM schedules.
• Review submittals for compliance with contract documents.
• Prepare and review change orders, including time extensions, and maintain related logs.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and overall project execution.
