Qualifications

• Entry level to II role under supervision of a Project Manager.
• Requires a 4-year Engineering or Construction Management degree and 0-4 years of experience, including internships.
• Ability to coordinate and prepare data, assist with estimates and ensure plans and specifications compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and business development support to build client relationships.
• Assist with day-to-day coordination and administration of projects including budgets and procurement.
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor their work quality and schedule.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication on scheduling and project progress.
• Attend jobsite visits and internal meetings and track action items.
