Qualifications

• A 4-year engineering or construction management degree is required.
• Internships are considered relevant experience.
• Experience with budgeting and client relations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and business development support to build client relationships and assist with design, material selection, estimating, and proposals.
• Assist with project coordination including understanding scope, budgeting, value engineering, scheduling, and procurement.
• Assist with procuring subcontractors and monitoring their work quality and schedule.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication on scheduling, progress and feedback.
• Attend jobsite visits and internal meetings, tracking actions and providing follow-up.
• Help ensure project performance and delivery comply with design/specifications.
• Develop relationships with customers to pursue long-term opportunities for Baker Group.
• Maintain project documentation and business development processes.
• Confer with project managers to discuss questions or problems; assist with daily reporting.
• Accurate daily time and equipment reporting.
