Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Project Engineer 1 to support on-site construction activities, QA/QC, and coordination with the project team. This role focuses on applying construction fundamentals, safety, and Lean practices to help deliver complex projects in a collaborative environment.

As part of JE Dunn’s Advanced Facilities Group, you will contribute to projects in data centers and manufacturing, develop procurement logs, track drawings, and prepare daily reports while growing your career

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; willing to travel/relocate as needed.
• Non-traditional hours may be required to meet project needs.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site construction activities with project team.
• Participate in QA/QC planning and safety/quality reviews.
• Develop procurement logs and track shop drawings.
• Prepare and disseminate project reports and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings and provide progress updates.
