Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Entry level construction experience is expected.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as needed for project sites.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and construction methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support construction and field execution responsibilities across projects.
• Participate in QA/QC planning to ensure quality standards.
• Assist with estimating, quantity take-off and review of subcontractor proposals.
• Work on site with project team to monitor crew size, hours, materials and equipment.
• Assist with punch lists, inspections and required documentation.
• Maintain drawings and specifications, ensure information is up-to-date.
