Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking an entry-level professional to join our Advanced Facilities Group. You will learn safety and quality plans, assist with estimating and on-site coordination, and support project documentation and reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with foremen, superintendents, and subcontractors across multi-disciplinary teams. Qualified candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of Lean process and construction technology.
• Entry-level construction experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Learns and participates in safety and quality plans and culture.
• Participates in project QA/QC planning to ensure task quality.
• Learns estimating and change management, including quantity take-off.
• Works on site with the project team to support tasks (materials, crew, equipment).
• Prepares documentation and participates in project meetings.
• Produces daily/weekly reports to support scheduling and progress.
