Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction in Dallas, TX is seeking a Project Engineer I to design and prepare formwork layouts in Autodesk Revit, analyze formwork drawings, and help optimize resources on our projects. You will collaborate with project teams to coordinate schedules, monitor safety, cost and progress, and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to drive successful, on-time completion.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in civil, construction, or architectural

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, construction, or architectural engineering.
• Understanding of structural systems and structural engineering.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the preparation of formwork/layout drawings in Autodesk Revit.
• Analyzing and designing formwork.
• Supports the project team in establishing sequential steps and adapting schedules and tasks.
• Works closely with project team monitoring safety, cost and scheduling of construction projects.
• Optimizes formwork designs and coordinates with material coordinator to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships to enhance project procurement.
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
