Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking a Project Engineer I to design formwork layouts using Revit, analyze structural formwork drawings, and optimize resources on construction projects in Michigan.

You will collaborate with project teams to coordinate schedules, monitor safety, cost, and progress, and build strong client relationships while supporting project execution and excellence in formwork design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, construction, or architectural engineering.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare formwork/framework layout drawings in Autodesk Revit.
• Analyze and design formwork.
• Coordinate project schedules with the team and adapt tasks as needed.
• Monitor safety, cost, and scheduling on construction projects.
• Collaborate with material coordinators to optimize resource use.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
