Doka USA, Tomball, TX, seeks a Formwork Designer to design formwork systems for diverse construction projects. You will analyze structural aspects, ensure safety, and produce CAD drawings using AutoCAD/Revit, collaborating with engineers and clients to meet project goals.

The role requires a Civil/Structural background, expertise in formwork design, and knowledge of building codes. Must be able to work on-site at our Tomball branch with frequent cross-functional interaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in formwork design and engineering within construction.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of formwork design principles and building codes.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop formwork systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
• Perform structural analysis to ensure safety, stability, and material specs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to capture requirements.
• Create detailed formwork drawings with CAD, ensuring accuracy and standards compliance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, applying best practices.
• Participate in meetings to present designs and progress to stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements for design efficiency and quality.
