Therma, a Legence company, in Boise, ID, is seeking a Project Engineer to support planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and project accounting from preconstruction to closeout. This onsite, full-time role offers hands-on growth on diverse mechanical projects.

You will work with Project Managers, manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and document project progress, while developing stronger vendor relationships and ensuring safety and quality compliance across active sites.

Formación

• 2–3+ years of relevant construction project experience with HVAC/plumbing contractors on large commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related construction field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, cost management, scheduling, quality, contract, and safety management.
• Help manage schedules, billings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and subcontractor oversight.
• Handle preconstruction administrative duties and submittal management.
• Prepare for and participate in project meetings and reporting.
