Therma is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead HVAC/MEP projects in Boise, ID. You will own projects from start to finish, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for high-profile facilities.

The role requires 5+ years PM experience, strong client relations, and proficient use of MS Office and ERP systems. On-site work in Boise with no remote option and a supportive Legence-backed team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager in HVAC Mechanical / Plumbing industry.
• Proven experience managing large, complex construction projects.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP systems; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains professional communications with co-workers and clients.
• Leads staff from all departments for projects through completion.
• Prepare budget projections and control costs; communicate strategies and contracts to ensure best practices.
