Job summary

Therma, a Legence company, seeks a Project Engineer to join our Boise team. You will work side by side with Project Managers on planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and project accounting, guiding projects from preconstruction to closeout.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of relevant construction project experience with HVAC or plumbing contractors on large commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and project documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project management support across planning, cost, time, quality and safety management.
• Manage schedules, billings, submittals, RFIs, change orders and subcontractors.
• Prepare for and participate in project meetings and maintain project reporting.
• Assist with preconstruction duties and development of project documentation.
