Therma is seeking a Project Manager in Boise, ID to own projects from start to finish and partner with clients. You will lead cross-functional teams on complex HVAC/mechanical construction and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will work onsite with a growing team, balancing field activity with client communications, cost control, and project administration. This role demands proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager in HVAC Mechanical / Plumbing industry.
• Proven experience managing large, complex construction projects.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains professional communications with co-workers and clients.
• Makes sales contacts, researches customer needs and follows up on sales leads.
• Develops and maintains relationships with clients, assures client satisfaction.
• Coordinates, utilizes, and leads staff from all departments as needed for projects, through the entirety of project.
• Prepare budget projections and control costs; provide memos, contracts, change orders, strategies and best practices.
• Meet established revenue and profit goals.
• Attend client project meetings.
• On-site presence during construction activities and critical project times.
• Establish, manage and provide leadership to job/project team.
• Facilitates and troubleshoots project problems.
• Purchase materials and equipment as needed.
• Maintains control and accurate projections of project costs.
• Conscious of budgets and value engineering.
• Assemble and review submittals with client and installation crew.
• Communicate with client and troubleshoot technical issues on projects.
• Cost out change orders and present to client.
• Track material costs and labor hours as needed.
• Redline and markup drawings as needed.
• Provide department leadership by example and mentoring.
• Support accountability for individual projects and MEP department.
• Maintain Therma Project Management procedures.
