Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in quality control, weld inspection, or related construction experience.
• Experience with visual examination of welds and fabricated materials.
• Ability to read fabrication/spool drawings and perform dimensional checks.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written/verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections of mechanical systems and components.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage and compliance with requirements.
• Conduct dimensional and orientation checks against drawings.
• Verify weld quality and spool conformance to standards.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and logs.
• Coordinate with fabrication, field, project teams to address issues.
• Support project turnover packages and QA/QC docs.
• Assist with nonconforming work identification and corrective actions.
