  • Preparing and submitting project documentation including plans, estimates, schedules, and reports.
  • Managing change orders and ensuring that all changes are accurately documented and communicated to all relevant parties.
  • Leading safety orientation sessions and ensuring that all safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
  • Maintaining up-to-date photo documentation of project sites.
  • Participating in project meetings and providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Conducting site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out according to plans and specifications.
