Thalle Construction Co. Inc. in Austin, TX seeks a Project Engineer to support the Project Manager and operations team on heavy civil infrastructure projects, including dams, bridges, and mass excavation.

You will prepare reports, submittals, RFIs, and pay requests, coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and vendors, and help maintain project schedules using Primavera and CAD, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 2+ years of relevant experience as a Project Engineer or similar on heavy civil projects.
• Primavera CPM scheduling or similar, and CAD knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Background check and drug testing.

Mansioni

• Prepare daily reports and monitor daily production and schedule.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and communications.
• Lead meetings and maintain client/subcontractor/vendor relationships.
• Support project budget, pay requests, and quotes.
• Track materials, equipment, and keep field PO files.
• Maintain project documentation in Primavera and other systems.
