You will assist the Project Engineer with shop drawings, submittals, scheduling, and field operations, while helping control costs and maintain schedule. The role requires 5–10 years in a field environment and proficiency with AutoCAD and HCSS/Heavy Job, Excel and Word, plus strong communication and planning abilities.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD and HCSS/Heavy Job.
• Skilled in Excel and Word for report preparation.
• Strong communication, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the material tracking system.
• Participate in daily safety activities and meetings.
• Support Quality personnel and project through QMS.
• Track quantities daily and reconcile monthly for payment.
• Review foremen's reports and ensure accurate records.
