Qualifications

• Project Engineering experience within heavy civil construction.
• Exposure to highway, bridge, earthwork, or underground utility projects.
• ODOT or DOT project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with the planning and delivery of heavy civil projects.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Assist with scheduling, quantity tracking, cost control, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure work complies with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
