Qualifications

• Experience estimating heavy civil projects.
• Experience with highway, bridge, earthwork or utility work.
• ODOT or DOT estimating experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of costs, quantities and bid preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and bid proposals.
• Analyse plans, specifications and project requirements.
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Work with Project Managers to develop competitive bids.
• Identify risks, cost efficiencies and value engineering opportunities.
