Metric Geo is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for heavy civil construction in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on delivering substantial highway, bridge, earthwork, and underground utility projects with an emphasis on safety, quality, and contractual compliance.

The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships while coordinating with field teams and subcontractors to achieve project profitability and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience across highway, bridge, earthwork, or underground utility projects.
• DOT/ODOT project experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage heavy civil projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, cost forecasting, and profitability.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage project documentation, change orders, RFIs, and client relationships.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Work closely with operations and estimating teams to drive project performance.
