Responsibilities

• Pursue safety training and support Atkinson safety culture.
• Participate in TRACK process and attend daily/weekly meetings.
• Maintain relationships with crew, inspectors, subcontractors, vendors.
• Anticipate crew needs to keep work efficient.
• Prioritize tasks by deadlines and material lead times.
• Provide prompt information and requests to agencies and partners.
• Communicate clearly and concisely in professional language.
• Investigate issues, ask questions, gather input, propose solutions.
• Help manage budgets and beat the estimated budget.
• Pursue self-development beyond assigned duties.
• Produce safe, efficient construction engineering outputs.
• Track quantities for accurate budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
• Review invoices and pay subcontractors promptly.
• Prepare supporting documentation for change orders.
