Job summary

Bering Straits Global Innovations, LLC is seeking a Project Engineer in Hanover, MD to support project execution on federal construction work. You will assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with schedules, coordination with subcontractors, and documentation to ensure on-time delivery and quality, while maintaining site safety and compliance.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or construction/management adjacent fields required.
• Entry level position, internship or 1–2 years full-time experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license, U.S. Citizenship, ability to obtain and maintain access to federal and military installations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with schedules and sequencing of multiple construction trades.
• Assist the Superintendent with look-ahead schedules and coordination with subcontractors and government representatives.
• Prepare agendas, follow-up, and document meeting minutes.
• Monitor progress and identify potential schedule impacts early.
• Review drawings, specs, and documents with subcontractors.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment to support project execution.
• Support project turnover and closeout activities.
