Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent with daily work planning, subcontractor coordination, and communication of site expectations.
• Review work areas with subcontractor foremen to confirm access, readiness, preceding work, and required materials and equipment.
• Coordinate multiple trades, identify conflicts, and report constraints to the Superintendent.
• Support site logistics: deliveries, staging, laydown areas, housekeeping, and protections.
• Assist mobilization, access procedures, vetting personnel, delivery coordination, and site orientation.
• Participate in daily coordination meetings and lead discussions under guidance.
• Plan activities around occupied facilities and outages.
