Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with schedules and sequencing of levee repair sites.
• Assist Superintendent with look-ahead schedules for subs and government reps.
• Help prepare meeting agendas and document minutes.
• Monitor progress and flag potential schedule impacts early.
• Review drawings, specs, and contract documents with subcontractors.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment for job sites.
• Support turnover and closeout activities at project end.
• Ensure work complies with plans, UFC requirements, and contract docs.
• Lead safety inspections and enforce OSHA requirements on site.
• Foster client relationships and communicate project status professionally.
