Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 2 years of field experience as a PE is preferred; exposure to hard-bid contracts.

Responsibilities

• Compute cost factors and prepare estimates for bids or negotiated work.
• Prepare project estimates and perform administrative duties related to design and project management.
• Analyze blueprints and specifications to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
• Work in the field under field supervision or in the office under project manager supervision.
• Review data to determine material and labor requirements and cost data for bids.
